TatvaCRM plans and their limits. What’s in Free, Pro, and Enterprise; user, record, and storage limits; feature gating; and how to upgrade or downgrade.

TatvaCRM has three plan tiers — Free, Pro, and Enterprise. This page covers what’s in each, the limits, and the practical guidance on when to upgrade.

The 30-second answer
Start on Free. Move to Pro the moment you need a fourth user, a second pipeline, or more than 5 custom fields per module. Enterprise is for businesses with 25+ users, dedicated support needs, or contracted SLAs.

When to upgrade

Common upgrade triggers:

  • You need to add a fourth user → Pro
  • You want to run multiple sales pipelines → Pro
  • You hit 5 custom fields on a module and need more → Pro
  • You want to integrate with your email (Gmail, Outlook) → Pro
  • You need teams and custom roles → Pro
  • You want scheduled report delivery → Enterprise
  • You want a contracted SLA → Enterprise
  • You need a dedicated customer success manager → Enterprise

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change plan
  3. Pick Pro
  4. Enter number of paid seats
  5. Add payment method (UPI, card, or net banking)
  6. Confirm — the upgrade is immediate

For Enterprise, click Contact sales — pricing depends on team size, modules needed, and SLA requirements.

Downgrading

You can downgrade from Pro to Free at any time. Caveats:

  • If you have more than 3 users, deactivate the extras first
  • If you have more than 1 pipeline, archive the extras first
  • Custom fields beyond Free’s limit get marked read-only (data preserved; not editable until you upgrade again)

Common questions

“What happens if I don’t pay?”

On Pro, if a renewal fails, you have 14 days of grace before the workspace downgrades to Free. During grace, full Pro features remain — TatvaCRM emails you reminders. After grace, the workspace downgrades and Pro features become read-only.

“Can I cancel anytime?”

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. On annual plans, your access continues until the end of the paid period (no refund for unused months by default — contact support for exceptions).

“If I have two workspaces, do I pay twice?”

Yes — each workspace has its own plan. Two workspaces on Pro = two separate subscriptions, each with its own seat count and billing.
