Try any paid plan risk-free for 14 days with a full refund, no questions asked. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are refundable for unused months within the first 30 days. We keep it simple.
1.14-Day No-Questions-Asked Refund
If you sign up for any paid plan and decide it's not for you within the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked, no forms to fill out, no hoops to jump through. We'll process it and move on.
2.Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing. You don't enter payment details, we don't charge you, and there's nothing to refund. Use it for as long as you like.
3.30-Day Free Trial
When you start a trial of a paid plan, you get 30 days free. We don't charge you during the trial, so there's no refund scenario here. If you don't want to continue, just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged a single rupee.
4.Monthly Plans
Cancel anytime. When you cancel a monthly plan, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after that.
We don't offer mid-cycle refunds or pro-rata refunds on monthly plans. If you cancel on day 5 of a 30-day cycle, you still have access for the remaining 25 days, but we won't refund the partial month. The 14-day no-questions-asked guarantee (above) is the exception.
5.Annual Plans
Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the prepaid period.
Within the first 30 days of purchase: You can request a refund for the unused months. We'll calculate it based on the number of full months remaining and refund that amount.
After 30 days: No refund, but your access continues until the annual period ends. You won't be charged for the next year unless you explicitly renew.
6.How to Cancel
Two ways to cancel your subscription:
- Self-service: Go to Settings > Plans in your TatvaCRM account and click Cancel Plan. Takes effect immediately.
- Email: Send a message to support@tatvacrm.com from the email address associated with your account. We'll process it within one business day.
We will never make you call a phone number, sit through a retention pitch, or navigate a maze of settings to cancel. If you want to leave, you can leave.
7.Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer. If it's been more than 10 business days and you haven't seen the refund, email us at support@tatvacrm.com and we'll sort it out.
8.Disputes
If you have a billing dispute or disagree with a refund decision, email support@tatvacrm.com and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution. We respond to all billing queries within two business days.
If we can't resolve things directly, you have the right to escalate under Indian consumer protection guidelines, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the rules applicable to e-commerce entities.
