The rules governing your use of TatvaCRM. By accessing or using TatvaCRM, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TatvaCRM ("the Service"), operated by Tatva Fintech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance.

2.Account Registration

To use TatvaCRM, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account. Organizations must ensure that the individual registering has the authority to bind the organization to these terms.

3.Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for unsolicited bulk communications or spam
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these usage policies without prior notice.

4.Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and underlying code — are the exclusive property of Tatva Fintech Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to TatvaCRM. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you.

5.Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including India's DPDP Act 2023 and GDPR where applicable.

Each tenant's data is isolated using schema-level separation in our database architecture. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, regular security audits, and access controls to protect your data.

6.Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tatva Fintech Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will cease immediately.

Upon termination, we will retain your data for a period of 30 days to allow for data export. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

9.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
