Is it really free?+

What happens when I outgrow the free tier?+

How is this different from Zoho or HubSpot?+

Zoho's paid tiers start around ₹800 per user per month and hide the features you actually want. HubSpot's free tier caps contact history and pushes you to Sales Hub at $15+ per user. TatvaCRM is per-user with no minimum: ₹449/user/mo on Starter (annual) or ₹559/mo monthly, ₹999/user/mo on Professional (annual) or ₹1,249/mo monthly. The DSA / BFSI toolkit is built in.
