1.Essential Cookies

These are the cookies that keep the application working. They handle session management (keeping you logged in), CSRF protection (preventing cross-site attacks), and basic security. Without them, TatvaCRM can't function.

These cookies are set only when you log in to the CRM application. They're strictly necessary and can't be disabled without breaking your experience. They contain no personal information beyond your session identifier.

2.Analytics (Plausible)

We use Plausible Analytics on our marketing website to understand which pages people visit and where traffic comes from. Here's what makes Plausible different from Google Analytics and similar tools:

• No cookies. Plausible is completely cookieless. It doesn't set any cookies on your browser. At all.
• No personal data. No IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no user profiles. We see aggregate page views, not individual visitors.
• No cross-site tracking. Plausible doesn't follow you around the internet. Your visit to our site stays on our site.
• Open source. Plausible's code is publicly auditable on GitHub. You can verify these claims yourself.
• EU-hosted. Plausible's servers are in the EU, and the service is GDPR compliant by design. It's also compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) because it simply doesn't collect personal data.

3.Preference Cookies

We may store a small cookie to remember your preferences, such as dark mode or language selection. These are optional and only set when you explicitly change a preference. They contain no personal data and never leave your browser.

4.What We Don't Use

To be completely clear, TatvaCRM does not use:

• Third-party advertising cookies
• Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, or any tracking pixels
• Retargeting or remarketing cookies
• Cross-site tracking of any kind
• Browser fingerprinting

We don't sell your browsing data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't build profiles on you. There's no ad-tech stack behind TatvaCRM, and there never will be.

5.Why No Cookie Consent Banner?

You might have noticed we don't show a cookie consent popup. That's intentional. Cookie consent banners are required when a website uses non-essential tracking cookies. Since our analytics tool (Plausible) is cookieless and we don't use any advertising or tracking cookies, a consent banner isn't legally required.

We'd rather give you a clean experience than pester you with a banner you don't need to see.

6.Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. Keep in mind that if you block essential cookies, you won't be able to stay logged in to TatvaCRM.

Since we only use essential cookies (and Plausible doesn't set any), there's really nothing to opt out of. But you're always in control of your browser.
