What happens if I exceed a plan's limit?+
You get an email at 80% usage and another at 100%. Nothing breaks. Your team keeps working. You have thirty days to upgrade or clean up — we won't lock you out mid-sales-call.
Is there a setup fee or contract?+
No setup fee. No contract. Paid plans are monthly or annual. If you pick annual and quit in month two, we'll refund the unused months — email the founder and it'll happen.
Do I pay per user or per workspace?+
Per user, with no minimum seats. $12/user/mo on Starter and $24/user/mo on Professional. Add or remove seats anytime — billing prorates automatically.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period and your data stays exactly where it was.
What does the 30-day Professional trial include?+
Every Professional feature, unlocked. No card required. At the end of the trial you pick a plan — Free stays Free, upgrades go through. Nothing is downgraded silently.
Do you offer discounts for startups, non-profits or education?+
Yes. 30% off Professional for registered non-profits, educational institutions, and early-stage startups (DPIIT-recognised or equivalent). Email support@tatvacrm.com with proof and we'll sort it same day.
Is GST included in the listed price?+
No. GST at 18% is added at checkout for Indian customers. Your invoice is fully compliant and includes our GSTIN for your input credit.
What payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/RuPay), net banking, and international cards for USD billing. Bank transfer and cheque for annual Enterprise contracts.
