1.Data Fiduciary Information

This section will identify Tatva Fintech Pvt. Ltd. as the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act 2023, provide registered office details, and name the designated Grievance Officer as required by the Act.

2.Purpose of Processing

This section will enumerate each purpose for which personal data is processed by TatvaCRM, the lawful basis for processing under the DPDP Act, and the categories of data processed for each purpose.

3.Rights of Data Principals

This section will detail the rights of data principals under the DPDP Act 2023, including the right to access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal, along with the process for exercising each right.

4.Consent Management

This section will describe how consent is obtained, recorded, and managed under the DPDP Act, the process for withdrawing consent, and the consequences of withdrawal on service availability.

5.Grievance Redressal

This section will provide the grievance redressal mechanism as required by the DPDP Act, including contact details for the Grievance Officer, response timelines, and escalation to the Data Protection Board of India if the grievance remains unresolved.
