Dashboard & Reports

"What's our pipeline value right now?" If answering that question requires opening a spreadsheet, messaging three people, and waiting until Monday's meeting — you don't have visibility. You have guesswork dressed up as a process. A dashboard should answer your most important questions the moment you open it, not after 20 minutes of digging.

Four numbers that tell you how you're doing

The top of your TatvaCRM dashboard shows four summary cards. No clutter, no noise — just the numbers your team checks every morning.

Total contacts
Everyone in your CRM — leads, customers, partners. This number tells you the size of your universe. Watch it grow week over week.
Active deals
Deals currently in your pipeline that haven't been won or lost. This is your live opportunity count — the number your sales team is actively working.
Closed revenue
Total value of deals marked as won. The number that matters most — not pipeline value, not projected revenue, but actual closed business.
Pending tasks
Open tasks across your team. A rising number means your team is falling behind. A steady number means work is flowing. Zero means someone isn't logging.

Four charts that show you what's really happening

Numbers give you the headline. Charts give you the story. The dashboard includes four visualisations that answer the questions behind the numbers.

Pipeline funnel
How many deals are at each stage — from initial contact to closed won. A healthy funnel is wide at the top and narrows gradually. A funnel that chokes at "proposal sent" tells you exactly where to focus.
Pipeline value by stage
The rupee value sitting at each pipeline stage. If ₹40 lakh is stuck at "negotiation" for 3 weeks, that's not a pipeline — that's a parking lot. This chart makes bottlenecks impossible to ignore.
Revenue trend
Monthly closed revenue over time. Are you growing, plateauing, or declining? The trend line is brutally honest — it doesn't care about your explanations, only your results.
Daily activity
Calls logged, emails sent, meetings held, notes created — by day. Activity drives results. If the activity chart dips on Wednesdays, you know your team has a mid-week energy problem, not a skills problem.

The scope toggle — one dashboard, every perspective

Not everyone needs to see the same numbers. A CEO needs the organisation-wide view. A regional manager needs their team's numbers. A salesperson needs their own pipeline. TatvaCRM handles this with a single toggle at the top of the dashboard:

Everyone
Organisation-wide data. Every contact, every deal, every activity across all teams. Available to Owners and Admins only — the people who need the full picture to make strategic decisions.
My team
Scoped to your team's data. The deals your team owns, the activities your team logged, the contacts your team manages. Built for Managers who need to coach and prioritise without getting lost in company-wide noise.
Personal
Only your own metrics. Your deals, your tasks, your activity count. Available to everyone — because every salesperson deserves a clear view of their own performance without distraction.

Here's what this looks like in practice: the Owner opens the dashboard and sees 500 active deals worth ₹2.4 crore. The Mumbai team Manager switches to "My team" and sees 160 deals worth ₹75 lakh. A salesperson in that team switches to "Personal" and sees 35 deals worth ₹18 lakh. Same dashboard. Same charts. Three completely different perspectives — all accurate, all useful.

The best dashboard is the one your whole team actually uses
When everyone sees numbers that matter to them, the dashboard becomes a daily habit — not a monthly report.

Frequently asked questions

Is the dashboard available on the free plan?
Yes. Every plan — including Free — gets the full dashboard with all four summary cards and all four charts. The scope toggle is available on plans that include teams and roles.
Does the dashboard update in real time?
The dashboard refreshes automatically when you open it and caches data briefly for performance. Create a deal, switch to the dashboard, and you'll see the updated numbers within seconds. No manual refresh needed.
Can I export dashboard data?
Dashboard charts reflect live CRM data. You can export the underlying records — contacts, deals, activities — as CSV files from their respective pages. The export respects your role's visibility scope.
Can I customise which charts appear?
The current dashboard shows a curated set of the most useful metrics. Custom dashboards and report builder are on the roadmap for a future release. The goal is to keep the default view focused and opinionated rather than overwhelming.
